Leg Cramps ROCK, not !

So I get some leg cramping @ nite, not to bad. but I had my 1st session of Leg Cramps at a very inconvenient time a couple days ago.   We were Rockin Hard, I meen, Sitting in the Jann Arden Concert enjoying the mellow music when I felt a couple of muscle tightening moments in the back of my legs (hamstrings ?), moved my legs a little and they went away. Then BbWhammyy,  Full on Cramp, a little movement didn’t do anything, tried to muscle massage it, didn’t help and Coll said she though I was playing with my Balls. I wish !.  So I had to Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me, Excuse Me my way out of the row to walk it off.   So it Finally went away after a couple stretching, massaging minutes. 

 I hung out fo a bit in the hall’s with a few Board looking Husbands, Jann Arden had Said thanks to the guy’s for getting dragged out to her concert by their wives, then she made a comment the Husbands would get Sex tonite ( Men Cheered ).  The concert was good, in a chick sorta way, she is a bit of a CRUDE Standup Comedian, and they had an encore that included a bunch of 80’s rock songs, that was cool.  Oh Ya, JANN ARDEN LIED !  : ( .  think about it    ; ) .

Going BAck to Sask. : )

I’m on my way back to my homeland for a long weekend of mostly visiting, very minimal work this trip.   Scheduled to flu out Friday but cancelled by bad weather ( big snow) on My end and Calgary.  So off again Sat. am.   The worst of it is I bought bottles of BC wine after security on Friday to take back, now I have to keep them at my house as I cant take em back through security. Now what the heck do I do with 3 bottles of great BC. wines.  Oh the problems I face   : O .     ps. this is the 1st post I eve did without any spellcheck corrections.   I rock ( like a 5th grader).

AL is a Record Holder !

Well I went for my monthly bloodwork and as well more Pre-Transplant RECIPIENT Bloodwork.  Combined they took 13 Vials of Blood, a Record for the Lab Tech drawing the blood.  I didn’t get to stand on a podium or get my picture taken, but i Still feel like a Winner and will alway remember this day .  ! !     THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL DONOR SAMPLE, SO NOT TO WORRY PEOPLES.

A Slight Diversion ?

Hi,   As I’m  A)  running out of Kidney Stuff to talk about as I’m pretty stable and    B)  thinking I’m dwelling to much on My Damn Kidneys,  and  C)  Have Nothing to update of significant significance,  I’ll be putting some general life on the blog so if you check for a Health Update you’ll at least see something new each week.  THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST BTW.  AL

Nine Inch Nails Concert !

   

 We  went to a Nine Inch Nails Concert a couple Days ago.   It was INCREDIBLE !, The show was Super Technical with Amazing Visual to accompany the “Technically Sophisticated Music and Deep Lyrics “ ( most songs anyway ).    Here’s a ”  LINK  ”  to a compilation of Visuals from the show ( the audio sucks so disregard that ).   I would see this show tomorrow if it came back, and would be in the mass of moving humanity on the floor close to the stage.  Probably the best concert of my life (at least tied with The Stones).   I wish I could have got a backstage pass to check out the Electrical , Sound and Video Systems and talk with the Tech Crew.  When I write the Make a Wish Foundation, Thats what I’m asking for.
